Multi channel stick packing machine Model THY720 (8 lanes)

Multi lanes stick packing machine largely increase the packing speed and capacity, as it can make multi lanes bags at same time, normally machine design to add the lanes in doubles. This machine will complete automatically material feeding, material weighing and dosing, bag forming, bag sealing, date print working process. With PLC control system, you can also get the production data.

The standard machine for powder material packing is of Screw metering type, and weigh range is from 1 to 10 g, 8 lanes are most cost effective model, its packing speed is about 200-300 bags/min, it has a filling AC servo motor to realize a high precision packing, with a dosing accuracy about ±0.05g. while the top long screw quantitative filling design makes the filling more precision and low dust emission or flow. This main part is of similar design of liquid packing type.

The machine design a hopper device with a Transparent window, so it is very easy and obvious to notice working process.

The machine also use high end modeling device that are made of CNC special aluminum parts, it has a very stable forming performance,this is the key point for a fast and high speeding contentiously production.

The machine use horizontal sealing type, this sealing design is suitable for back sealing ,three side sealing, four side sealing, and sealing with easy tear or easy cut design.

Besides, the machine PLC control system makes the film frame can do automatically corrected and adapted to make the packaging process smoothly.

Standard multi lanes stick packing machine use Ribbon coding machine for date and batch number print, and inkjet or laser printer is also optional for this machine series.
