YJP-A capsule polish machine

YJP-A capsule polish machine consist of Main body transferring device, Feeder, up slot, net rool, main shaft, Down slot, machine frame, selecting part, electric device, Socket. 

By means of semi wave electromagnetic oscillation, the springing steel plate is rendered to vibrate. The multi layer screen de-duster will generate the micro rotation with movement up and down.Thus, the tablets are to move forward under vibration.Due to hitting and friction among the tablets, the power will fall down and sucked away by the air current generated from the de-duster. Then,the tablets will be ejected from the outlet from down to up.

After placing the rotary and vibrated de-duster stable, the dust-deducting device is to be connected at the position as shown in the drawing. It can be put into use immediately after plugged into the power outlet. The speed of the output can be adjusted depending on the necessity by means of the knob for adjustment on the de-duster.

The YJP-A capsule polish machine has a strong and excellence working performance , the whole machine adopts stainless steel to be made, the selecting brush adopts fullering connection with fast speed, convenience of dismantling, cleaning thoroughly, the rotation speed of motor is controlled by converter, it can bear great starting pressure with steady running, its socket is equipped with rolling device with flexible operation and high efficiency as well high purity of polishing. The defected products can be separated completely.

The whole working process and working principle is like : feeding-polishing-sorting-collecting. Specifically, first step the capsule filling machine deliver the filled capsule to the slot mouth of polishing machine. (A)

Secondly, The capsule from the entrance (B)via the rotating brush  is delivered to the net roller (C). 

Thirdly ,In the net roller (D), brush can get rid of dust and polish the surface of the capsule, as well as defected products and falling substance, recycle the material by vacuum intake mouth (E).

Then The capsule is sent to the exit of net roller by brush(F). in the separating selecting device (G), through clean compressed air to make defected capsule separated from the qualified capsule and collecting them into the storage. (H). 

During this step, the Compress the air pressure, it will display on the pressure meter (I)equipped on the filtering valve, it can be adjusted according to different demand. 

Finally The qualified capsule will be delivered through the exit (J).
